Function Settings for Easier Camera Operation ~
MODE SETUP
To make camera operation easier, you can set your preferences for monitor
brightness, focal length measurement units, the camera control sound, etc.

Description
Returns all setting to
default settings.
Set the level of picture
sharpness
Select image size in TIFF.
Select image size and
quality in SQ mode.
Adjust the volume of the
sound produced by each
camera control.
Select AF assist lamp
ON/OFF.
Select whether or not the
recorded image is dis-
played.
Set the duration of time
after the last action before
the camera goes to sleep.
Specify how to record file
names on the card.
Adjust the brightness of the
Monitor and viewfinder.
Date setting
Set the focal length mea-
surement units.
Sets the number of picture
displayed on the screen at
one time.
